These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Cashflow Currents website, email newsletter, SMS text messaging program, and all other products and services offered by Media Miami LLC ("Media Miami," "we," "us," or "our") under the Cashflow Currents brand (collectively, the "Services").
"Agreement" or "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions.
"Cashflow Currents" is a publication brand owned and operated by Media Miami LLC.
"Services" means all content, information, news, data, emails, SMS messages, or links, however provided, by Cashflow Currents.
"You" or "your" refers to all viewers, subscribers, and users of any of the Services.
The Services are owned and operated by Media Miami LLC. By accessing the Services, subscribing to our emails, or opting in to our SMS program, you agree to abide by these Terms. 7.2 Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your preferences and account activity.

7.5 Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include, but are not limited to, major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage is not guaranteed on all networks or devices.

7.7 Scope. This SMS program is currently offered to subscribers with U.S. mobile numbers only.
7.8 No sharing of opt-in data. We do not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cashflow Currents may include affiliate links, sponsored content, and partner promotions to support our operating costs. Sponsored content will be reasonably identified as "Sponsored," "Advertisement," or similar. We may receive compensation when you click a link or make a purchase through an affiliate link. We do not necessarily endorse advertised products or services.
You may unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing from email does not automatically unsubscribe you from SMS, and vice versa each channel must be opted out separately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIA MIAMI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWO (2) MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Media Miami LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
